Immigrant Culture and Art Association (ICAA)

Sabawoon 2009

Immigrant Culture and Art Association (ICAA) and the Sabawoon Hamilton Outdoor Art Artists’ Run Centre is pleased to announce the second season of Sabawoon Hamilton Outdoor Art Fair (HOAF). Last year the HOAF have attracted over 30 artists and thousands of visitors and art buyers. Over a dozen of artists have established art enterprises and over 30 artists received Vendor Permits. This year the Art Fair will be running by the artists and will require more support from the community and partners.

We need media support and are counting on you generosity to spread the word out in the community. HOAF will gladly accept taxable donations and volunteer time.

The HOAF will be running from June 27 to August 29, 2009 every Saturday from 11am to 5pm at the Bay Front beside the Discovery Centre.

We are thankful to the support of the Hamilton Waterfront Trust for the accommodations.

Hamilton needs an outdoor art setting that will truly represent the through spirits of our city.

Please come by and bring your visiting friends and relatives. Please purchase low cost and high quality art, jewelry and pottery. You will support the artist and the art community.
