The Board of Directors meets 10 times a year. The Board is made up of individuals from different arts, culture, social and financial sectors. ICAA Board also represents the diversity of our community. Board members' responsibilities include attending all board meetings, guiding ICAA management, participating on committees, attending ICAA events and being advocates for ICAA and the arts and culture. Board is working under the guideline of ICAA Governance policies and Procedures.
