Ontario Trillium Foundation Grant for ICAA's Operations
The Immigrant Art and Culture Association will be recieving $62,800 over three years from the Ontario Trillium Foundation to increase supports for newcomer artists and youth by funding an executive director role that would also develop programs and strengthen the capacity and sustainability of this organization.
First Annual ICAA Fundraising Gala
ICAA held it first annual fundraising gala at Carmens banquet hall on March 21st. The event was a huge success with over 200 attendees.
The net proceeds from this event will benefit the continuation of two major ICAA programs in Hamilton: 1) Art education program for all ages, 2) ICAA Artist Mentorship Program.
Thanks to everyone who attended the event and made it such a wonderful evening.
